[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — poor service and faulty product | |||
I am totally disappointed after buying this product. Latest disappointment in the list is after spending 4000 rs for changing gkk 2 on 27th oct it has started vibrating and bcame noisy and even after 10 hrs running the purifier the tank doesn't get filled. Last time when i replaced sf it was leaking. Even if i don't use purifier for 2 months the auto shut off still worked as per the timer set and i ended up in replacing sf which was as claen as new, i feel this company is making money out of fooling and harassing people. if somebody shows little interest in buying your product you dig out all the information about that person and to sell your product and once the product is bought you don't even bother to reply.

I am not interested to invest a single penny on this useless product so kindly ensure the same and would rather discard it.
