[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — poor service for reinstallation | |||
Since last one week I am trying to chase pureit helpline people to register a service request to reinstall Pureit Marvella RO + UV device at my new address. Everytime they used to say that, just before logging the service request, the server has gone down and the request can't be raised. This was the time near to Diwali festivals. So, I thought people might be doing that to not to entertain any request during festival times. I logged a service request on 8th November then (CO[protected]. They had told that, it will be addressed within 24 hours. But, that didn't happen. Today, since last 4-5 hours I am trying to chase a pureit person who had called me to tell that he is going to come for this request. But, he didn't have drilling machine. Now, he is not even picking my call. This is such a pathetic service experience from Pureit people. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 27, 2018 PureIT / Hindustan Unilever Customer Care's response Customer concern was for re - installation of his device at new place.Out call the customer the re- installation has be done. The case has been resolved. | |||
