Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Pureit Advanced Pro Water Purifier | |
I bought a Pureit Advanced Pro water Purifier on 23rd July 2021.It stopped dispensing water on 01st of Oct 2021.I raised a complaint with Pureit helpline and a technician came on 03rd oct.He dismantled the Purifier and told me that the Circuit of the machine needs to be replaced and a Senior Technician will come on next day to fix it.Its been 4 days now and no one has come I have called Pureit helpline 8 times and all they do is to raise a follow up but no one calls and my Purifier is lying dismantled.Can someone please help me out?
