When I purchased the product, I was not made aware of the annual maintenance cost (AMC). AMC is very high and the products provided dosent look like worth the money we are spending. and the products cost is listed as 2500 on the internet and when I called the customer care to order, they said the cost is increased and the price is 2700. now the situation is like I am trapped in the companies policies which are not friendly to the customer. I request some action to be taken on such companies or keep a check on this issues.
