I'm a customer of pureit ultima ro+uv purifier and have been using it for nearly two years. Purifier didn't function properly since the day it was installed, every month we face some or other issue with the device. I'm sure that money i've spent so far on changing spares, filters and service charge of for maintaining this machine would have exceeded the purchase price : ( I've been experiencing a delayed and lethargic response from the customer service. initially, i was contacting the technician directly but customer service asked me to always contact them first and i started doing that but now problem is with the customer service itself. I have contacted customer service at couple of occasions and they promise to get the device fixed asap but no one called or came over to my place to fix the device. It happened twice in last 2 months. We feel cheated by the low quality of water purifier manufactured by hul. i am very disappointed with the quality and service provided. i am writing to you, as a final hope to get better response and service and get this crappy device fixed. Could you please look into this matter and get the write people to address my issues and fix the device asap? Device and order details are as follows: sl.
