I purchased the said machine (Pureit Vital Max) on 08th April 2023. from last few days My Filter water has odour thats why i raised complaint on 18th Dec. 2023. A technician visited on 19th December to my house and changed the outer (external filter) by charging 475/- Rs. and no other service done by him inspite of asking him to do servicing. he only changed external filter. Now, next day my filter stopped working. Certainly he did not handled the filter well. He only changed external filter and no servicing was done in spite of about 08 months passed since purchasing the machine.
Also, i raised complaint initially to update my RO warranty date. As I have bought my RO machine on 8th of April 2023, its warranty should be applicable up to 8th of April 2024. however, nothing has been done in spite of assurance provided by you for the same. Still your webpage is showing that Machine's warranty is expiring on 8th of January 2024. Please, look into the matter and take necessary action from your end so that I can use my machine happily.
