[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — regarding water purifier pureit ultima ro + uv black colour | |||
Hi team, I bought the water purifier pureit ultima ro + uv black colour with one of the dealer in faridabad. After and year i registered complaints regarding slow water flow. Technician came from dhruv services faridabad, that technician was fraud he put all the local material in my ro and taken out the original one. After that my ro was not working properly, again the same slow water flow complain and etc everytime the the technician comes and change the different different part and charging accordingly. Currently there was the fault in membrane which i have changed 2 months ago continuously i was doing follow up with technician that water is still not but he always said it will be clear after sometime. Now after 2 months he said membrane was not good somehow he changes that without any charges as it was under warranty, but now i dont know what he did my tap is not working properly. Every he come and charges 250 but not provide the complete solution. I am really very much frustrated with this ro now. Need your help Was this information helpful? | |||
