We had brought ro in the month of october 2016 and started using in the month of january.in the month of may we never used due to holidays. After few days since the water tasted little different we complained and the representative came to check and he changed ro filter and he failed to check the tds because he never brought it with him. We complained now again since the water wastage is more, tastes different and checked with friend about the tds and we checked it is 157. The representative checked and said to change the membrane. We have hardly used the filter for 8 months and why we need to change the membrane. We have an ordinary ro in another house in the same building, which works fine for almost one and half years with tds 45 to 50.
Since it is company renowned but the service is very poor. We want you to look into the matter at the earliest and replace the ro but for which we will not be paying. Was this information helpful? |
