I am Bhaskar Mani Kiran from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. Recently my Pureit copper+ water purifier was a problem. The problem is, my purifier is on but water is not dispensed and also red blue green lights are on simultaneously every minute. So, I called Srikakulam service provider Mr. RAVI. They sent technician BALA KRISHNA to my home. Bala Krishna checked my purifier and replaced the adapter then my purifier worked normally. Water was dispensed and also red blue green lights were not showing. Then Bala Krishna called to Ravi. Ravi said that, adapter is 1500 Rs, and the service charge is 300 Rs.
After 15 minutes, Bala Krishna irresponsibly took the water tank inlet pipe and then water fell on wires. After that Bala Krishna connected the two wires without cleaning the water then our house fuse was gone two times. At that time our family members were terrified. Then my purifier stopped and not turned on. I think that time the PCB was gone. After that Bala Krishna went and came with another technician. They both checked and eventually left saying that the PCB was gone. The technician called today and said that your purifier PCB is gone so you will pay 4500 Rs, and the service charge 300 Rs. I called pureit customer care and registered a complaint. But no one can help me.
My problem is, why should I pay for a mistake made by your technician? I Want Justice.
