Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Water purifier problem

I ordered germkil set for classic g2 RO on 16.05.2022, After just 1 day it started problem again, low filteration, raised complaint within 7 days on 20.05.2022, technician visited and told that it will be resolved, he will return other day, he never returned but suddenly i got text that my complaint hasbeen resolved from pureit(shocked),
On 29.05.2022 i raise the complaint again but i was told i will be charged rs300 for the complaint because i didnt raise it within 7 days.when asked about my complaint there were no answer .IS THIS NEW SCAM BY PUREIT UNILEVER CO. My ro has not been working even after changing all the filters by spending rs 3000 and being asked to paybrs 300 more for the complaint amd earlier complaint has been resolved on their own without doing anything.
Not expected from such a big name
