[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Worst after sales Service | |
Dear sir, I have purchased Hindustan Uniliver copper RO water purifier Product about year and half ago. This started leaking within the 1 year warranty period and couple other minor problems. I have complained to the company through email and some local guys rushed to repair and they said fixed all the problems and charrged some amount for filter which i thought is ok. But the problem was never resolved. Within few days again the same problem started. I called the local service guys so many times. They had come once to check and they said they need some replacement part and took aboit 4 mnths to replace and they said ineed to pay for it as the machine is out of warranty and the problems are still there and after they never arrived untill now. Company sells the product every where in India, but foes not provide service properly. Now we do not have water through the filter from 4 days.
