product name : Pureit Marvella RO+UV
We feel getting cheated by Pureit and its vendor providing service provider.
we faced issue with poor filteration and flow of water pressure. machine was operative but when we logged a online complaint and technician came and he told us that most crical parts are faulty and need to be replaced. so think over it and let them know if required to repair device. later device stopped working and no power after technician checked. He informed that we need to replace now PCB, motor and filters almost all new parts in devixe and costing 9000rs will be charged to make it work.
How parts are getting fualty so soon with this advance device with low maintaince service as per model. Now No AMC and we have to face the cost . Techinican played witth device and not deep techinical experience. ...
We feel purit and its vendor has some contract to get more money from the cusotmer and commission after replacing device and in parts. How come costly device 19k approx parts gettingg faulty altogether.
we doubt that some intelligence devices also installed and timer set in device which gives faulty indigation though parts are healthy but required to replace.
we logged many complains but Pureit lead and senior guys busy and no support last few days.
Please resolve this to continue this servixe.
