[Resolved] PureIT Water Purifier — Worst customer service from Pure IT | |||
I have given CSF change request on 02 July 2014 order# RFS/4686825. Since two days technician didn't turn up to change the CSF. Whenever i call customer care they used to say, we are going to send the technician. This pure it machine has stopped working as CSF change is mandatory. If they are not able to provide the CSF change request with in 48 hours, they have to change alert system to indicate at least 5 or 10 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
