PVR Cinemas — About my pvr points

Recently i booked a ticket of movie kantara and i got 12 point for that but then i logged in into pvr application it is showing only 9 points...in total i was having 59.75 points after i booked ticket ...i got a sms also in which it is clearly Mentioned 12 points earned and total points 59.75..when i logged in it shows only 9 points i haven't booked a ticket then also it is automatically reduced and i am not able to track where it got deducted...i logged into my account only so there is no question about wrong account login.
