Hi team, I have booked my ticket at pvr and my ticket details are in below. It was very uncomfirtable watching c/o kancharapalem at pvr inorbit, cyberabad with family today. Airconditioning was a total failure from the beginning of the show. We haven't enjoyed the movie and during the interval came out from theater as they haven't fixed the issue post interval. Though complained to the representatives present outside the hall and came to know that one of the units not working. During the interval other screen audiences screen 03 also came and given the same airconditioning problem with the manager. It was a bad experience especially the representatives expressed their helplessness. I don't want to book any movies with pvr anymore.
