PVR Cinemas — Amount deducted for failed transaction, ticket was not booked

Hi, I had booked 3 tickets through PVR app and paid through UPI. However the transaction failed stating "You're offline" and the tickets did not get booked. The amount was deducted from my bank account. I was able to rebook the same seats and complete the transaction successfully. But the initial amount deducted is yet to be refunded. Please check
