[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked

On 11th May 2022 I book four movie ticket for the film Jana Gana Mana in LuLu gold Ernakulam. I paid the amount through Paytm wallet the amount was 1721.84. Amount was detected from my account but the ticket was not booked.
