Hi,

I have booked 2 tickets for Movie "Agent Vinod" on Friday 23rd march' 2012. The amount of INR 330 got deducted from my HDFC credit card and the booking ID was not generated. Its been 2 days I have been searcing for contact no.s for pvr cinemas but no response. I have dropped an email on [protected]@pvrcinemas.com but no response.

I am a registered user with PVR on their website with the Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com

Hi,
I had booked 4 tickets for Movie ZNMD on sunday 18th July'11. the amount of INR 560 got deducted from my SBI credut card and the booking ID was not generated. Its been 2 days I have been searcing for contact no.s for pvr cinemas but no response. I have dropped mails on [protected]@pvrcinemas.com but no response.

Booked online two tickets for Housefull 2 on 8/4/2012 i.e. sunday for Prashant Vihar .The amount of INR 330/- has been deducted from my citibank credit card but the Booking I.D. was not been generated. After enquiring from prashant vihar pvr they told me kindly purchase new tickets and that refund will sent to you shortly automatically. But after talking to citibank I came to know that no refund has been sent yet & payment has been deducted from my account and approval code of citibank is 049666

Therfore you are requested to kindly refund the payment as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I have done the online transactions in my citi bank credit card for the movie sri ramarajyam.I have done only one transaction and it was deducted twise in my account.i already contact with the merchant personally and threw mail.But i didn't get any response from the merchant.Please find the attachment regarding this.The transaction date and amount is 20/11/2011 and 740 rupees.Please do the needful.

      I made transaction of Rs.495 for movie tickets .All the transaction went well but ticket was not generated .An error got displayed and amount got deducted from my account.I made transaction using NetBanking(OnlineSBI) as payment mode and referrence number generated in netbanking was CCA12CCEU217IG96618922.

      I again tried to book ticket but same thing happened this time too.Reference number generated this time was CCA12CCEU192IG96616261.

        Pvr staff are very indecent while talking . Today being holi it's obvious people will have color in their face or body but they are not being allowed to enter the premises of Rahul Raj Mall. Inspire of taking shower try say if any mark will b seen no one will allowed to sit in the theater .. And also the staff of the ticket counter and guard at d gate don't know how to talk with the customers or the common public .. First teach them how to be polite in their words then recruit them for their duties. This is height of insult for us . Next time we would never prefer to enter d mall or pvr cinemas again

          Hi,

          I have booked 2 tickets for poolarangadu(Telugu) at 7pm on 03/03/2012 show through PVR website online. We decided to no go to file today due to some personal issues. I have tried alot to cancel the ticket in PVRcinemas.com, but could not able to do so far.

          I have called up to different numbers to reach pvr customercare people. No one picked up the call.
          I have tried on[protected]PVR customercare number).

          Kindly take the action PVR since customer are suffering so far.

          wrong pitcher ticket book...
          Yes we too faced the same problem... this is really ridiculous!!!
          I too facing the same issue, I opt for the offer but without availing the offer tickect is booked.
          I tried to call customre care number but no one is responding of call.
          Its very bad service provided by PVR.

          Money deducted from my account but ticket not issues, got message as "something went wrong"

          I logged into http://www.pvrcinemas.com/, booked 4 tickets for 5:10 pm PK movie at Orion Mall PVR, B'lore.Rs. 1392.36 got deducted but later got message as "something went wrong". pls help quickly

            On 24/02/2012 by 9.30 pm, I have booked tickets for Ghost Rider through PVR(Chennai)legal website for sunday(26/02/2012) show 16.40 for 4 members through my Indian Overseas Bank Net banking Ref no:CCAV-CCA12BAEM834-O120224-NET. However, Ticket was not generated but Rs.600/= was debited from my Account, also i didn't get any confirmation message from your side.

            So, I kindly request you to arrange for Refund.

              Non Refund of Bad Transaction

              Please see the below mail chains with PVR Cinemas but still didn't get the refund of bad transaction SAHR[protected]. They sent me a mail that refund the amount within 7 working days but now its been more than a month.

              On 8th Jan 2012 I tried booking 3 tickets using the PVR Cinemas IVR.The credit card used got debited but no confirmation was received for the booking.
              On the same day when I visited their office,I was told that there are no bookings present in the system with my credit card.So,I was advised to re book tickets by paying again with a promise that the refund for the previous transaction will be processed in 7 working days.
              After continuous follow up mails sent by me ,PVR reverted saying that the refund cannot be processed as the transaction done by me had gone through & the confirmatory SMS was sent to my landline number.

              I find this ridiculous & want the PVR management to re check the logic on which they build their processes.

                I am trying to book a ticket thru pvrcinemas.com website for a movie for continuous 3 days. Could not even book. It is the worst online booking service I have ever seen my lifetime. The site doesn't refreshes, it doesn't have user friendliness. When u click on Select class, if you select any particular class it says this class is full and it will ask to select another class but it doesn't give the option of choosing the other class.

                Always it shows error on page when you open this site. Whereas all other websites work fine. Horrible site ever seen. Even the service in PVR also will be like this who knows ???? So guys please don't waste your time by trying to book tickets in PVR. It's utter waste of time. If you want to speak to me call me. My number is [protected].

                ya even i also faced same thing...still facing the same issue..i am not sure why the hell these guys have the site..just for show off they are maintaining the site...better not to waste the time to book the tickets.

                  This is subject to register my complaint that i ajay giglani had purchased two pvr vikas puri tickets through tel booking [protected] pertains to desi boys movie on 3rd december 2011 and Rs 330/- and same amount has been debited from my sbi credit card no [protected].
                  When i have not received any booking confirmation sms from your side i visited vikas puri pvr ticket counter and met the manager...he confirmed me that booking has not been successfull and you ll got the refund back in your sbi credit card.thn i had purchased another two tickets with same card amounting to Rs 300/-.
                  Till date i have not received my funds back in my credit card.sbi bank card dept confirmed me that payment has been credited to pvr cinemas.
                  I would request you to pls look into this and get it resolved on priority basis as why i should pay twice for the same ticket.

                      I made and online booking for the PVR cinemas website for 29th october, 2011, for two seats with Reference number SAHR[protected]. Right after the booking i sent them the mail for cancellation as there is no other option available except for this( one number is available on their website but tape plays on it ...send your enquiries on [protected]@pvrcinems.com). Till now i am taking the regular follow ups but now they are saying the cancellation is no policy for thier company........please help me solving this issue and refunding the money back.
                      or what is the way out of this problem.

                        I had booked ticket for Desi Boyz on 26 Nov 2011 through online site of PVR i.e www.pvrcinemas.com. I had booked 2 tickets and paid Rs620 through net banking. The amount got deducted from my bank account but I have reeived no confirmation from PVR. I had tried their nos also but all in vain. I had also send my feedback to them through their online feedback form but got no response. I am still waiting for my refund.
                        I was booking 2 tickets online on 8th August 2010 for Once upon a time in mumbai at PVR, Bangalore.
                        After i made the payment through the net banking of ICICI bank the money got debited but the tickets could not be booked due to some reasons.

                        I got a pop-up message stating that the amount would be refunded. As of now its 20th August but the amount of Rs.580(270*2 + 40) has not yet been refunded.

                        I had a talk to the ICICI folks also. They registered a request for this transaction to refund the money, and they say its now been forwaded to the merchant. The ICICI request no. is[protected].

                        Please get the amount credited to my account immediately.

                        The details of the transaction made by me are :

                        PAYMENT ID : [protected]
                        PVR cinemas done the same to me. Tickets purchase order placed through ICICI somehow did not go through AFTER money was charged to them. Customer service said refund will take place in 2 weeks. As well, this was confirmed by an e-mail from their customer support dept. But nothing has materialised even after one month. No reply for my follow up emails. SURPRISINGLY THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBERS ALSO DISAPPEARED FROM THE WEB SITE.
                        I will call this nothing but cheating.

                          I did a online booking for a tamil movie on 25th Oct 2011 at PVR Cinemas, Nirmal Lifestyle, Mulund. The transaction failed but amount Rs 460/= was shown as debited from my credit card account. I tried the customer care number[protected] but the number seems to be out of service. Also, my mails to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com did not help. I did not get any response from PVR Cinemas.

                          Please guide and help.

                          We came to watch movie in PVR nasik road our seat number was B9 B10 B11. The seat was stinking like . The show time was 4:20 pm on 22nd may 2016 for X-men movie.

                            Hi anyone dont pick auto in skywalk stand they ask 5 times higher than normal charges also most of the automan drunk and drive persons very worst below charges they ask koyembadu - 250, metha nagar next stop - 100 Adyar - 400 etc., better suggestion if you want to go anywhere night time buses & share autos available in PH Road in Poonamalle high road 24 hours Bus & Share Auto Facilities are there or you may book the Cab service from any call taxi on your movie interval time the genuine persons or waiting for you otherwise walk some 200 meters and catch other autos for nearest locations be sure dont loose your life with drink & drive persons.

                              I booked 6 tickets on Friday[protected] for Saturday[protected] for 5:30 show of Rockstar.

                              I did not get any sms.

                              Next day when I went to thetre with my booking id they told it was yesterday's ticket and refused to help me.
                              There was one more lady complaining the same thing that she booked saturday's ticket but it booked for friday.
                              The thetre personnel were not even ready to help.

                                I had booked 3 tickets amounting to Rs. 650 for the movie "Aarakshan" on 11/08/2011 for the show on 14/08/2011 through internet banking. However when I went to watch the movie, the persons present at the ticket counter informed that the movie has been banned and is not being screened. Upon being asked for the refund, they told that it would be credited back to my account automatically. But even after 2 months have passed, I still haven't got my money back. I've escalated this through their e-mail ID for customer care as well as to their investors and all possible concerned but to no avail. I've already spent around Rs. 500 to get the refund but still haven't got even any reply from them.

                                    money cut from credit card bt didnt get tickets booked

                                    my name is brahmani i booked tickets for a telugu movie uu kodathara uulikipadathara for 8pm show on july 28th but my booking was unsuccessful but 667rs amount got deducted from my account and also tried customer care number and also kept mail but no response please refund my money and help me.

                                      I tried booking 2 tickets of Movie Chillar Party on July17, 2011 through pvr cinemas IVR system by dialing [protected], but the transaction failed and amount got debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card Account. This transaction got cancelled but money got debited from My Hdfc Bank Credit Card. I confirmed this by visiting PVR Ambience Gurgaon Authorities in the Evening and they said that the money would be credited back in my account within few working days.. But Its been more than a month and the Money has not been credited yet to my Credit Card account.

                                      I raised a disputed transaction request with HDFC Bank Credit Card and they now say that PVR has already claimed this money and they now need a proof from PVR that this transaction was not successful. PVR people are not just responding to emails.

                                      I am very frusterated by calling here and there so thought of contacting consumer forum.

                                      Transaction Details are given below.
                                      Name of the Credit Card Holder - Darpan Kakkar
                                      HDFC Bank Credit Card ends with 1944.
                                      Date of Transaction is July 17, 2011
                                      Amount of Transaction is Rs 630

                                      Hope you'll help me getting my money refunded.
