    Hi

    Went for a movie today at kripa pvr cinemas trivandrum and to my astonishment the price for 500ml bottle was Rs 40/-( mrp shown is 70/-). This price is not at all acceptable at this time when we are getting 1 L bottles for just 20Rs. Need to know the reason for this big price difference and also need to know why u cant cap the price.

        Dear sir
        iam yaswanth vimandi had booked tickets in pvr cinemas bangalore . due to some emergency situation i need to cancel my ticket .so i cancelled my ticket pvr people said you will get 75% refund in 7 days but it has been more than 7 days till now i havent got the refund iam calling customer service but they were not responding this is a worst customer service i have ever seen plz credit my money back

          Yesterday we went to watch movie RRR @ 10:00 PM Show in PVR (JCR jamnagar). Before this movie we went to watch THE KASHMIR FILES movie in INOX Jamangar. Before starting the movie in INOX they played NATIONAL ANTHEM, and then they started movie. But in PVR before starting movie RRR they played many commercials but not NATIONAL ANTHEM.

          We Request you to make them start play NATIONAL ANTHEM before every movie.

            I have purchased snacks at pvr cinema on dt.28.03.22 and payment made through UPI, But it is shown as, transaction timed out, . The seller said to pay again and stated that earlier deducted amount will be credited with in 24hrs. But even after lapse of 10 days no credit received. Please do needful.

              I go to watch rrr movie in pvr with my friends in3d. but there is some issue with screen so we cant see movie clearly in 3d its clearity is poor then 2d. we ask security the also said yes this is an issue but they cant solve the issue and said u have to told us earlyer. we also said them to talk to there boss but they denaied by saying there is no one. please solve this issue. and we want to a response from pvr on this

                I have booked 2 tickets for 6 th April 2022 at 7.15 pm show. I have been informed that I will be receiving 30 privilege points in the e ticket displayed. But I haven't received them. I would like to look into my issue and resolve as soon as possible

                    Dear PVR -Utsav JCR Jamnagar-Team,
                    This is to bring to your kind notice that, due to navratri going on, we (my self and my wife) both are on fast, and we went to see theatre with my daughter-6 years old. We would like to carry waffers and maza tetra pack with us inside the theatre, but at security counter they had taken maza out stating it is not allowed.
                    you are stopping outside food and forcing to buy food from your vendors only, this is clearly your business strategy to make you profitable.
                    Kindly provide valid reason stating not allowing outside food.
                    I would like to protest against it as it is our basic rights and your team are stopping us.
                    Even your security guard is not checking all entries for food items.
                    If outside food items not allowed, than why are you selling it inside with costlier rate?
                    My 3 movie tickets cost me around 720 rs and other food and drink items cost me around 800 rs..

                      PVR CINEMAS is cheating customers by providing wrong seating position in the app while booking.

                      In the app it's showing top rows while booking while in theatre it's at bottom.

                        On March 31, I booked morbius movie two tickets in spl pallazo for April 1 and paid for that money also paid from my bank account through phonepe, but didn't receive ticket, I got only one message that your money paid to pvr cinimas, okay then I thought it will be refunded after sometimes but still i didn't receive my money back

                          As i visited PVR Cineplex for first time, here in Mysore for watching mission impossible movie,
                          During my visit for booking ticket live in location of PVR Cineplex, with all my family members i had faced issue over amount deducted, where through debit card mode of payment my amount got deducted, but they told tht the transaction is not successful, and suggested me tht I'll get my amount back with 2hrs and by believing there words, i agreed for paying again through another mode of payment ie, through UPI phonepay pay transaction, finally it was successful and the ticket got generated and was happy by believing tht i might receive my amount back in few hours, and till the time that movie got ended, i haven't received my amount back, and when I went for enquiry they didn't treated well, they were keep on telling me to wait and wait, and finally said tht the payment might get refunded in 3-4working days by the manager, and have his no if not got refunded back. So should I wait for there glitch of mistake,
                          No proper transparency
                          People's are getting fooled by this trustworthy words

                                I was tried to book ticket in PVR cinemas in vellore today (April 1st) through PVR app payment was made through Phonepe amount was deducted and in phonepe transaction was successfull, but tickets was not booked, tried to contact customer support but no response

                                  I am a regular customer visiting pvr across many cities. But today i visited your outlet in amritsar suraj chanda tara pvr and my experience was really bad. On 31st march 2022, at 11::00 pm At ticket counter the person is charging excess amount than the ticket price. Ticket price is showing 170 Rs but he charged me 210. I have booked 6 tickets and asked for card payment but he refused by saying that its not working. I asked for scan and pay which he also refused and asked to make google payment to some other number registered on the name of karan hundal. He didn't gave us the physical ticket or e ticket. He just gave us a picture which only shows the transaction no that is 698285 but not the price which made me concerned wheather it was a fraud or not thats why i am writing this to you. If the actual price is itself is 210 than make sure your customer can see what he is paying not this kind of vague thing which makes us feel that we are being cheated.

                                    On 25th Mar, at PVR central mall, I purchased 2 Pepsi for INR 620, for which I didn't get any bill nor any message for purchase. The Pepsi wasn't cool to drink and it got wasted completely. I want the total refund for the same for non issuance of the bill.
                                    Even after asking the bill at the counter, I was not issued the same. Manager was called for this and he assured that the bill will come to my mobile (he took my number) but it never happened.

                                      I've paid for movie Badhaai Do at PVR Cinemas Pacific Dehradun, on 9th March 2022 11:16 PM for amount 630 and money was deducted from my end but the person handling said they didn't receive the payment so I had to give another 630 in cash saying that the refund will be generated in a week but no refund has been issued in 21 days. The screenshot attached contains order number and wallet reference number.
