Even after court decided to sell the pop corn and coldrinks with the normal price lile how we get in general, pvr is still stealing money with high price tags.

One normal salted popcorn with regular pepsi cost outside around 100/-

But the great pvr priced it as 320/-

Need resolution on this.

When i approached the manager with this issue he simply said i[censored] want to raise complaint you can raise. We will not gonna change the price.

Management has no fear with the government rules..

Kindly take action on this.

I am the first user of pvr, i have booked 2 tickets. But I did not get my voucher of popcorn which I supposed to get. Please tell me the reason.
My friends got it, but I am waiting from yesterday, I did not receive any voucher.kindly solve my problem earliest.

    I am complaining for pvr gomti nagar lucknow.. Sir this is very bad that you include the combo pack in ticket.. Those who dont want to take combo they will not get the ticket also.. And in ticket counter they told us that you have to take combo also this is compulsory.
    Therefore i request you to change this rule.

    These tickets are sold to someone offline and those are now being sold at high prices near the counter.

      Hi,

      I booked the tickets of movie (Thugs of hindustan) 10minutes ago, for 8th of november instead 11th of november,

      Please cancel those tickets, (Pepk[protected]) as my order id

      I re booked the correct tickets from pvr on 11th november as these tickets will be useless please cancel it and process for refund.

      Fazal abbas 6094 booked my order dated 8/11/18 at 11:33pm and informed me the it will reach u in 10 to 15 mins.But after entermission also he didn't ask for any thing.When i went and ask for that he talked in a very rude manner.

        All the staff including manager are useless. Never does the duty on time. Cancelled the show of bazaar for the 3rd time even after assuring us that the show will be conducted.. We are not stupid that we burn the petrol of our vehicles and come to watch the movie.. They say us that no need of booking the show tickets online come before the time and we will play.. We went 15 minutes before the show time.. Yet we were informed that the show is been cancelled due to no customer responses for the movie.. They were arguing with us in a very rude manner! Teach them a lesson or else we will file a severe complain against it

            I live in Vasant Kunj . Every time I go to watch movie at pvr Vasant Kunj, ticket counter offers seats at bottom rows . Reason is 3-4 rows from back is blocked by manager / management. These blocked seats are released only after film has started . Result is that many times as many as about 50% seats remain vacant in back 3-4 rows . Viewers seating in front seats are seen shifting to back seats after 1/2 an hour or so . This disturbs every body . This is very unfair practice . Senior citizens like we are unnecessarily feel harassed. Many times I talked to boys working at ticket counters but they say it is management policy and they can’t do anything

            The show timing for ‘First Man’ at PVR MGF was scheduled at 2:40 pm and it did not start till 3:10 pm on October 29, 2018. The manager was not in the premises and when he came in, he had not valid explaination.

            They wasted our time with no regret!

            I need a valid explanation for this.

              Date of the incident: 22nd october, after 10:45pm
              Place: pvr anupam, delhi

              Incident description:
              We are 2 iit delhi graduates who went to see a movie 'badhai ho' at the show timing of 10:45 pm at pvr anupam on the 22nd oct. On reaching there by 10:55, there was usual checking at the entrance to the building and we were told by the ticket checker to go to audi 4, 3rd floor to see our show.
              We went to audi 4 which was playing the movie 'badhai ho' and sat on front row seats as we were already late. After only about 40 mins the movie ended.
              We were extremely shocked to find out that we were misled to the wrong audi. Instead of exiting from exit door, we went to audi 1, 2nd floor, where the actual show i booked was being shown and it was disheartening to find out that it was intermission in next 15 minutes. Please note that there was no staff present at the entrance of audi 4 or audi 1 who could have guided us and prevented this from happening.
              We then went to talk to the management about what happened and requested them to allow us to sit in another audi on unbooked seats (In this audi the show was to begin at 11:45). After listening to us, the manager named rahul simply refused to acknowledge that their staff could misguide us and said that we are lying because we want to see the movie again (Who would do that!). He said that he cannot allow us to sit in another audi and asked us to go back to our booked show. After trying hard to convince the manager that we are not lying, the manager said, "ek karma karo, aap hamari complaint kardo email pe iss incident ke bare me, hum dekh lenge kya hota hai".
              Finally i had no choice but to make a small video of his responses to me (Things got heated up due to the video making) wherein he simply is unwilling to help. I have attached the video in this complaint.

              Key questions/points:
              1- how could i simply walk into audi 4 and sit there for an hour until the movie ended and then go to audi 1? Should it be that easy to move around from one movie theatre to another? In this manner, a person can see any number of movies, because there was no staff to check if a person is watching the right movie. Please check their cameras if they say i'm lying. If the sole responsibility lies on customer, what is the need to appoint the staff other than the ticket checker at all.
              2- he said there is a counting procedure so he cannot allow me to sit in another audi. But then how was i able to watch the movie in audi 4 until it ended and wasted my time. There was no procedure and it was their fault that i went to wrong audi so they must accept their responsibility.
              3- i did not dream of audi 4 on my own sir. Despite the ticket, i was led into believing that the movie is in audi 4 only because the staff said so. There could have been the possibility of shifting the show to another audi for some reason or ticket displaying the wrong audi. For any customer, if the staff tells her/him to go to audi 4, she/he will definitely believe them assuming that ticket might be showing wrong and the staff knows better.

              4- i have also written to pvr cinemas. There is no response from them.
              5- they may say that video making was unacceptable to which they must answer this: what choice was i left with? Until the video-making, they did not even take me seriously and i have to give the consumer complaints forum something to get justice. The manager was gesturing as if we can't do anything and complaining on email hardly helps.

              Solution desired: money refund and a written apology from the manager for being unexpectedly rude and calling us liars from the beginning. We don't want to see the movie anymore.

              बरेली के फेनिक्स मॉल मे पीवीआर मे सुबह के टिकट के साथ जो आप लोगों ने इंकलुड पॉपकॉर्न का धंदा बना रखा है इसे बंद कीजिये अन्यथा आपके पीवीआर मे ज़बरन पैसा लेने का मुकदमा चलाऊंगा । टिकेट ₹320/- की मात्र, और उसमें पॉपकॉर्न का ड्रामा आप लोग जोड़ के पैसा ऐंठ ते हैं जिसके बाद ₹540/- का हो जाता है दो इंसान का टिकट । जिसमे ₹220/- का आप चूना लगाते हैं ।

                I want to pvr cinema in jalandhar to watch venom movie as being student we got limited pocket money. When i whent to buy the tickets the girls st the counter tells me that you have to buy the food coupon otherwise no movie and her behavior was rude too.
                Soo is there any solution to watch movies at pvr without this drama. Or we have to shift to carnival cinema.

                I had booked ticket for” badhai ho” on 24th October 2018 for 9.00 pm .issues faced by me are as follows -
                1) they delayed entry by 10 min . I had reached at PVR mall of India at 9.00 pm but I got entry at hall no 1 at 9.10 pm.
                2) movie got started by 9.30 as they were busy at showing advertisements for more than 20 minutes .

                  I am john kennedy. I with my friend booked 6 tickets (With his card) online using pvr portal for viewing "pariyerum perumal" at velachery pvr on 10.10.2018 for the 6.30 pm show. I confirmed the payment for rs.1355.47 with otp at 5.49 pm. There was no message either to my mail or mobile. But a message "error in transaction" appeared on the screen. Hence i tried again and and completed the today my friend received the credit payment for rs. 1355.47 with another otp at 5.53 pm. Again a similar message of error appeared and i did not receive any message of confirmation of booking either on my mail or sms, and we did not go for the movie.

                  Card bill with twice pvr limited having been credited rs.1355.47. Hence we have paid in total rs. 2710.94 without having received any service.

                  I request you to go through this and credit the amount (Return the amount) to the same card at the earliest. I will be happy to receive a reply to my email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

                      I accidentally booked tickets for kayakulam. Kochunni at pvr cochin, lulu on oct 20 th instead of oct 21 st. And unfortunately we missed watching it on 20 th, thinking the movie is on 21 st. I had booked 5 tickets at pvr gold, which was around rs 2000.
                      Kindly let me know if you can at least refund half of the ticket price, as this is a huge amount.

                        Why the govt. is mum on heavy pricing of the food items. What they want to tell us on keeping their voice locked on this loot.
                        Are they share holders of this? How come they charge so heavy than regular pricing. Please escalate this issue and show the power of consumer complaint forum.

                          I have booked 2 tickets for pvr forum mall, bangalore for Saturday( 1:15 show) for Badhai Ho. Rs. 1193 is deducted from my bank account in favour of Citrus Payment Solutions (refernce ID:[protected]). However i have not receievd any ticket nbr or confirmation for it in the app or email or sms. Later got an email from pvr saying it is a bad transaction. What happens to my booking, if it is cancelled when will i get the money refund? I have called my bank and got to know that the meny transaction was successful. Trying to reach to pvr customer care but noone responds! At least an email from pvr on booking status or koney refind details is expected by the customer.

                            Yesterday we went to movie.. While returning my friend lost the parking ticket. Later the parking security guard asked for 100 rs as penalty because the ticket was lost though we showed the proof of the bike owner. I don't know what is the calamity that is going to happen when we loose the ticket. We asked them why they are collecting the money for loss as we had all proofs and they just gave a lame answer that management will check from us and we shall collect.in order to avoid any fuss we gave money.. This is like looting our money for silly reasons for parking as the parking fee was waived off by govt. Please ensure any digital means of maintaining parking.. The biggest mall in hyd has worst parking maintenance and not even going digital.

                            Ps: it is natural to forget.. And that shouldn't be fined because of misplacing the parking ticket. It is lot of pain for the customers to pay the money after paying hefty amounts inside inorbit..

                              I booked my movie ticket of 17th instead of 18th on 17th around 1 am and immediately registered request with bookmyshow followed by pvr cinema requesting rescheduling my booked tickets where i have already paid rs 3500 but they decline doing so.

                              This is causing a serious grief as they are forcing me to loose my rs 3500/- even without using their service in spite of giving well in advance request.

                              I tried calling bookmyshow and pvr cinema but no one is giving me a solution to utilise my money for other show.

                              It is horrible to be in a forced situation to simply loose my rs 3500/-

                                Its been 10 days but still not delivered. I have been sending emails/making calls to PVR Customer care but they dont respond at all.

                                Rs 3050 got deducted from my bank account on 5th Oct but i am still waiting for the Gift cards.

                                Additional combos for purchase of tickets and non delivery of tickets when no combo of rupees 150 taken. Venue: pvr lucknow saharaganj. And rude behaviors of some staffs when you are not taking combos with the tickets. I am regularly watching movies in weekends but this behaviour of some staffs is hampering the pvr statisfaction and affecting its brand name for what it is called for. Kindly resolve the matter as early as possible.

                                I'm exemployee(ESP) of pvr kukatpally I have resigned that job on 1st August 2018.but i had to wait till one month then I got my salary but now I'm not getting my dress money.please do something

                                  Very bad behaviour of pvr desk staff at lucknow singapore mall... Don't have manners to talk with customers.. He argued with me.. Really disappointed with there staff.. This is my one of the worst experience.. Staf[censored]sed abused words.. Tried to threw my movie's tickets.. I said him i want to talk to your manager, then he ignored my words and leaved counter..

                                    Today i planned to visit pvr and watch a movie but when i was buying a ticket, price of which on pvr app was 170 was priced 250 at the ticket counter. As they were selling it including a combo of pop corn and coke. I then asked the ticket counter lady to exclude the combo on which she refused. I am very disappointed on this service and would rather prefer visiting some other hall next time onwards

                                      I have booked 5 tickets (Instead of 4 tickets) (F9, f16, f17, f18, f19) on 11th oct 2018 for the movie aravinda sametha for 12th oct 2018, 10:00 pm show. I have paid total of rs. 1494.80/- which includes 5 tickets fee - rs 1280/-, conveyance - rs 160/-,
                                      Gst - 44.80/- and donation - 10/-.
                                      I tried to cancel 5th ticket from pvr app, but all the 5 tickets were cancelled which was not shown during cancellation. I got to know that all 5 tickets were cancelled only after i have received a message mentioning i will get a refund of rs. 960/-. The points to be noted:
                                      1. First thing i expected which i clicked on cancel was it will prompt for number of tickets to be cancelled. But, it didn't.
                                      2. Secondly, i expected that i will be refunded atleast my actual ticket cost i. E., rs.1280/- after deducting my conveyance fee and gst.

                                      Ticket cost break up is as follows:
                                      Ticket price : rs 1000/-,
                                      [protected]@14% - rs 140/-,
                                      Cgst - rs 140/-
                                      Total - rs 1280/-

                                      After cancellation i booked the same 4 seats (F16, f17, f18, f19) again by paying [protected]@14%, [protected]@14% twice.

                                      I paid sgst, cgst twice for booking the same seats and once for cancelling the seats.in total i have paid sgst & cgst thrice on the same seats.
                                      I need a proper detailed explanation on how sgst and cgst are calculated and i would like you to refund my actual ticket cost i. E., rs.1280/-.
