I bought two tickets for 2.0 telugu 3d movie from pvr cinema official website.
On dec 01 2018, the screening should be on 1:45 pm.
After entering the hall we found that they are screening 2d movie and all people contacted pvr staff and first they accepted their mistake and asked all o[censored]s to be patient for 10 min to fix the issue.
But, after 30 min they come up with some lie that we booked tickets on bookmyshow app where it mentioned as 3d and it was third party mistake (Bookmyshow).
When i show my ticket which i booked on pvr site they are blank, and no answer from them and some police came but as expected there is no solution.
They started screening 2d movie and refused to stop and staff is really arrogant and after 90 minutes they accepted to refund us and they did it.
Refund is fine, but what about the struggle we faced??
This is only theater screening 3d version. So, we traveled around 26 km for movie and they ruined all my day.
They refunded after a long argument by more than 200 + people.
Refund for money — ok
Time — ??? I wasted 6 valuable hours on this issue.
Suffered mentally
Great disappointment.
The way treated after 30 min is disgusting, infact it is an insult infront of lot of people in oberoi mall mumbai, goregaon.

I demand serious apology from pvr management and 2000 rupees for my time, travelling, disappointment, sufferings.

Me and my friend 2*2000 = 4000 rupees.

    I go to pvr cinema for 2.0 on 30. Nov.2019 at 11:00 am.
    But pvr staff sell my sheet to other persion and staff missbeahve to me please do necessruary action not they not allow for see movie and he also abusing me and say that you can do what you want.

      Hi
      Yesterday i watched robo 2. O movie in telugu at 2:30pm show. I purchase ticket for 3d, we noticed that it's playing in 2d we informed to management then they played in 3d, full first half played in 2d and second half played 3d, i can miss the 3d experience on first half, who can responsibility to me.

      Collecting money for 3d movie playing in 2d its not good.

        I have booked one ticket for "2.0". I wanted that ticket for sunday (02/12/2018) but by mistake it got booked for thursday (29/11/2018). So it would be better if you could provide ticket rescheduling facility. I just wanted rescheduling. I dont want refund. It will not be a loss also for you.
        Booking detail is as under.
        Pvr rivoli delhi (1-audi 1), 2 seat (S): classic - m6, m7. Total amount-rs 924.32, booking id: wg26skf.

          At pvr cinema, motera, ahmedabad, at 25/11/18, at 9.30 pm i went for purchase movie ticket for show time 10.00, then your person who is available on ticket window told me that ticket price for movie is rs.230 and rs.170, when i told him that that tickets available online in just rs 118 and 180 then he told that with this movie ticket we provide you pvr canteen voucher. There is compulsory food voucher sold by your authority, and when i refuse to purchase that voucher, your person who is available on ticket window, force me for purchase that and he also told that it is compulsory without that he refused to sold me ticket. And when i have told him to complain against it he told that you can complain whenever you wants, i have full video recording of all this conversation, so please tell me that is is compulsory or not, and i am also going to complain in food and drug dept and also supplies and distribution of food stuff including edible oil seeds and oils

            I am swapnali darole n would like to bring in your notice the pathetic service received by nasik pvr cinemas in college road. Dated on 23 november i hv book the online ticket for marathi movie for 5:15 pm show, when i was holding the mticket with me purposely they sent me down to collect the manual tickets when i raised the issue with incharge mr. Chaudhari inspite solving the issue he ask me be in my limit n make proper body language.

            Is this the way to speak with the female??

            Was not expecting such kind of behaviour from at least a senior person.

              On booking movie tickets from pvr cinema, they are charging 200 rs more per person which they are returning as cashback voucher of 200 rs per person. Now the voucher is valid only for 1 day and can be redeemed only at candybar inside cinema which are selling products at exuberant prices. This is looting of customers. They are mandatorily forcing customers to purchase things at very high price.

                I am living in ludhiana
                And there is a mall named silver arc.
                They are charging rs30 extra from every consumer without taking permission from them. Which i think that it is unfair for every people. I have taken 3-4 times tickets and i got those candy’s and i was very happy as i thought those were free. I got to know reality that ther were doing cheating with customers.
                As i am an aware citizen so i am strictly against this.
                I request you to look into the matter or take the rights of pvr from that mall or make assure that this fraud stops

                Watching a movie at PVR cinemas is becoming a horrible experience nowadays. For a 2 hr movie PVR shows commercial of 30 to 45 min.
                PVR has no rights to waste so much time of customers. Pls stop this nonsense. Or one day PVR tag line will be "we also show movies during ads "

                  I have had been to a newly released hindi movie on sunday the 11th of november 2018 and bought one pop corn bucket, 3 chocolate milk and 2 large glasses of soda and the total is 1385 including gst.
                  They charged 166 * 3 = 499.98 and cgst 12.51 and sgst 12.51 and the total amount for chocolate milk is rs.525.00
                  And mega pop corn for rs 360.00
                  And large pepsi 810 ml is rs 500 including tax.
                  Can you look into this issue and provide justice. I am requesting you to punish these people and refund my amount.

                    Yesterday we went to pvr cinemas at regalia elements mall bangalore and ordered a pepsi. They charged rs 210 for 540 ml which was completely insane compared to the beverage cost you get outside for the same quantity at rs 30-35. They don't have beverage bottles also made available in the theaters and no regulation on food items in most of the theaters/malls in bangalore. I request the authorities to look into this and take stringent measures around this which would greatly benefit everyone. Government of telangana recently passed a go to regulate such prices in malls and taking stringent actions. Parking was made free at the malls but in elements mall they are charging rs 40 for one hour and rs 20 for every additional hour. If you go for a movie in a mall the parking price itself for 4 hrs come to rs 100 which is ridiculous. Common people with a family of two would end up spending atleast rs[protected] if they have to watch a movie along with two soft beverages. Request the government and authorities to regulate these insane prices and unauthorized charges effecting consumers.

                      Even after court decided to sell the pop corn and coldrinks with the normal price lile how we get in general, pvr is still stealing money with high price tags.

                      One normal salted popcorn with regular pepsi cost outside around 100/-

                      But the great pvr priced it as 320/-

                        I am complaining for pvr gomti nagar lucknow.. Sir this is very bad that you include the combo pack in ticket.. Those who dont want to take combo they will not get the ticket also.. And in ticket counter they told us that you have to take combo also this is compulsory.

                            All the staff including manager are useless. Never does the duty on time. Cancelled the show of bazaar for the 3rd time even after assuring us that the show will be conducted.. We are not stupid that we burn the petrol of our vehicles and come to watch the movie.. They say us that no need of booking the show tickets online come before the time and we will play.. We went 15 minutes before the show time.. Yet we were informed that the show is been cancelled due to no customer responses for the movie.. They were arguing with us in a very rude manner! Teach them a lesson or else we will file a severe complain against it

                                I live in Vasant Kunj . Every time I go to watch movie at pvr Vasant Kunj, ticket counter offers seats at bottom rows . Reason is 3-4 rows from back is blocked by manager / management. These blocked seats are released only after film has started . Result is that many times as many as about 50% seats remain vacant in back 3-4 rows . Viewers seating in front seats are seen shifting to back seats after 1/2 an hour or so . This disturbs every body . This is very unfair practice . Senior citizens like we are unnecessarily feel harassed. Many times I talked to boys working at ticket counters but they say it is management policy and they can’t do anything

                                The show timing for ‘First Man’ at PVR MGF was scheduled at 2:40 pm and it did not start till 3:10 pm on October 29, 2018. The manager was not in the premises and when he came in, he had not valid explaination.

                                  Date of the incident: 22nd october, after 10:45pm
                                  Place: pvr anupam, delhi

                                  Incident description:
                                  We are 2 iit delhi graduates who went to see a movie 'badhai ho' at the show timing of 10:45 pm at pvr anupam on the 22nd oct. On reaching there by 10:55, there was usual checking at the entrance to the building and we were told by the ticket checker to go to audi 4, 3rd floor to see our show.
                                  We went to audi 4 which was playing the movie 'badhai ho' and sat on front row seats as we were already late. After only about 40 mins the movie ended.
                                  We were extremely shocked to find out that we were misled to the wrong audi. Instead of exiting from exit door, we went to audi 1, 2nd floor, where the actual show i booked was being shown and it was disheartening to find out that it was intermission in next 15 minutes. Please note that there was no staff present at the entrance of audi 4 or audi 1 who could have guided us and prevented this from happening.
                                  We then went to talk to the management about what happened and requested them to allow us to sit in another audi on unbooked seats (In this audi the show was to begin at 11:45). After listening to us, the manager named rahul simply refused to acknowledge that their staff could misguide us and said that we are lying because we want to see the movie again (Who would do that!). He said that he cannot allow us to sit in another audi and asked us to go back to our booked show. After trying hard to convince the manager that we are not lying, the manager said, "ek karma karo, aap hamari complaint kardo email pe iss incident ke bare me, hum dekh lenge kya hota hai".
                                  Finally i had no choice but to make a small video of his responses to me (Things got heated up due to the video making) wherein he simply is unwilling to help. I have attached the video in this complaint.

                                  Key questions/points:
                                  1- how could i simply walk into audi 4 and sit there for an hour until the movie ended and then go to audi 1? Should it be that easy to move around from one movie theatre to another? In this manner, a person can see any number of movies, because there was no staff to check if a person is watching the right movie. Please check their cameras if they say i'm lying. If the sole responsibility lies on customer, what is the need to appoint the staff other than the ticket checker at all.
                                  2- he said there is a counting procedure so he cannot allow me to sit in another audi. But then how was i able to watch the movie in audi 4 until it ended and wasted my time. There was no procedure and it was their fault that i went to wrong audi so they must accept their responsibility.
                                  3- i did not dream of audi 4 on my own sir. Despite the ticket, i was led into believing that the movie is in audi 4 only because the staff said so. There could have been the possibility of shifting the show to another audi for some reason or ticket displaying the wrong audi. For any customer, if the staff tells her/him to go to audi 4, she/he will definitely believe them assuming that ticket might be showing wrong and the staff knows better.

                                  4- i have also written to pvr cinemas. There is no response from them.
                                  5- they may say that video making was unacceptable to which they must answer this: what choice was i left with? Until the video-making, they did not even take me seriously and i have to give the consumer complaints forum something to get justice. The manager was gesturing as if we can't do anything and complaining on email hardly helps.

                                  Solution desired: money refund and a written apology from the manager for being unexpectedly rude and calling us liars from the beginning. We don't want to see the movie anymore.

                                    I want to pvr cinema in jalandhar to watch venom movie as being student we got limited pocket money. When i whent to buy the tickets the girls st the counter tells me that you have to buy the food coupon otherwise no movie and her behavior was rude too.
                                    Soo is there any solution to watch movies at pvr without this drama. Or we have to shift to carnival cinema.

                                    I had booked ticket for” badhai ho” on 24th October 2018 for 9.00 pm .issues faced by me are as follows -
                                    1) they delayed entry by 10 min . I had reached at PVR mall of India at 9.00 pm but I got entry at hall no 1 at 9.10 pm.
                                    2) movie got started by 9.30 as they were busy at showing advertisements for more than 20 minutes .

                                      I am john kennedy. I with my friend booked 6 tickets (With his card) online using pvr portal for viewing "pariyerum perumal" at velachery pvr on 10.10.2018 for the 6.30 pm show. I confirmed the payment for rs.1355.47 with otp at 5.49 pm. There was no message either to my mail or mobile. But a message "error in transaction" appeared on the screen. Hence i tried again and and completed the today my friend received the credit payment for rs. 1355.47 with another otp at 5.53 pm. Again a similar message of error appeared and i did not receive any message of confirmation of booking either on my mail or sms, and we did not go for the movie.

                                      Card bill with twice pvr limited having been credited rs.1355.47. Hence we have paid in total rs. 2710.94 without having received any service.

                                      I request you to go through this and credit the amount (Return the amount) to the same card at the earliest. I will be happy to receive a reply to my email id: [protected]@yahoo.com
