We came to watch bucketlist movie show time 3:25pm; 31st may 2018, after standing in a queue for about 10 mins, one guy "standing next" to us asked staff at ticket counter (Miss. Pooja) whether 2 tickets for bucketlist are available... She nodded and told the guy that tickets are available in 2nd row. Soon after we (Standing in row) asked the staff at ticket counter 2 tickets.. That staff replied only seats in 1st row are available. We again asked same she replied the seats in 2nd row has been booked "verbally" by the same guy standing behind us and that too without paying any bucks for those seats. This behaviour shocked us because we were standing in a queue for getting tickets, and just for sake that guy verbally told that he wants to buy two tickets... That staff at ticket counter booked those seats for those persons...
Kindly groom you employees and teach them some ethics how to behave with customers without any bias and inequality
Also we had given written complaint to pvr empress manager at nagpur... Also review our complaint.
