I have already compained about this but got no solution.
I have payed for cheese popcorn while booking for my ticket with booking ID WNPLJJ6.
I payed approx RS 330 that was even more than the ticket price I had and all I was served with a popcorn full of salt. I compalined it to the authority but again she gave me the same popcorn without any difference.
The satff served me the same popcorn with no differnce thinking that the customer is fool.
At the end I have to throw all the popcorn
Paying 330 and getting such a third grade service with such an attitude of the staffs is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
