The food voucher provided along with the ticket dint work. It gave a message it is already used. When I was in movie I had to call customer care multiple times but they couldn't fix the issue. After the movie, customer care said it will get extended to another date and I can use it. When I went for movie again today, I called up customer care and asked them to extend the voucher for today. They also confirmed but when I tried to use again today same error it got expired. Customer care says I can use it next time. Irresponsible and pathetic service by customer support. Just for a good voucher, how many times they expect me to call them and face embarrassment in food counter. If issues related to food coupons can't be resolved, why that option is given.?
