Hi PVR Cinemas,
This is my strong regret feedback on PVR cinemas.
Actually I have faced very bad experience in Redhills PVR Cinemas today.
Today[protected]:35pm Yaanai show.
For 6:35pm show I was reached the counter at 6:20pm, that time there was more than 15 peoples standing in the queue for getting ticket.
There is single counter which is opened. After sometime people has started requesting the management to open the next counter for easy moving of queue.
But these management people not bother about anything still they continue with the same single counter.
They are replying as like will continue with same counter & they are insisting us to wait & collect the tickets.
Complete Management is waste & irresponsible in this Redhills PVR.
In between that system was also hanged.
Still 7:05pm I was not received the ticket for 6:35pm movie and I decided to leave the counter with bad & sad experience.
Here I kindly request PVR Management to have proper enquiry on this peoples & take relevant action.
I hope & believe on PVR will consider this feedback seriously and get back to me with action.
