PVR Cinemas — Booked tickets and the amount was debited but no ticket confirmation

I booked tickets for Permission to dance on stage at the Element mall PVR Cinema for the 6pm show on the 12th of march 2022. I received a debit of Rs 1984 on my credit card but no confirmation from PVR. Not able to reach their customer service either. I want a refund for the amount paid.
