[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — cheating against booking of tickets

I bought 5tickets on 19oct 2017 for movie secret superstar on 20oct 2017 on my mother's birthday. Now on reaching to seats nobody told us that show has been cancelled and other viewers told us to leave the seats which is very embracing. No responsible person came up. On checking with authority we found that the show has been rescheduled at 4:30pm and they were least bothered to locate us and clear us about the changes. Today on mother's birthday pvr has spoiled the mood totally and there is no one here to attend us. Very sad that with such attitude of pvr, people like us are choosing pvr for entertainment.
