I went to watch to watch the movie but the movie was not played due to some technical reasons. The pvr general manager asked us to wait for 10 minutes saying that the problem will be resolved. Everyone kept on waiting and after 40 minutes of showtime and exactly at 11:38 he came and said that the movie will not be played due to some technical error. He said that they'll refund our money but the tax on ticket was not being refunded and due to the inconvenience caused we refused to take the refund.
I want you to compensation for it. Giving back the ticket money is not an appropriate amount of compensation as it is not just about the movie ticket price but also the parking that we paid for and our time that was being wasted by asking us to wait. I never though that you would treat your customer in such a way. I request you to look into the issue and find me an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
