On the website, it's showing that the movie - jab we met is re-releasing on 23rd july 2017. While booking the tickets online, it's showing technical error. Upon calling the customer service, they are telling that movie is not released at all. It's an old movie. First of all they don't know which movie is releasing and which movie is re-releasing and secondly they they tell me - mam in india, movie releases on saturday and sunday. They are there sitting for customer services and they don't have proper information regarding the movies. Please take some proper action. So many times i have called, either they put my call on hold for 10 mins or asks me to try book simultaneously telling me that the movie is not showing on the site. Was this information helpful? |
