PVR Cinemas — Delay of movie

The movie is still delayed by more than 5 minutes just because there was some event held at Audi Screen-1 of PVR RK Cineplex and that too without prior intimation to us. We were waiting outside and then let in late only to see the cleaning still going on. There was lots of inconvenience caused to general public waiting outside the screen/theatre. On these grounds, the PVR Cinemas should be penalised or the audience for the 9pm IST show should be compensated. It’s so discomforting to even see an event being held in parallel to our movie show.
