PVR Cinemas — Did not get free popcorn voucher as promised via PVR privilege program

Hi team,

I have joined the PVR privilege program. Then booked tickets where the transaction amount is greater than 100. But I did not received the voucher of free large popcorn which was mentioned as a joining benefit of PVR privilege program.

Can you please check why the voucher was not provided and do the needful.
