[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — didn't get refund | |||
I booked a ticket via tez app in inorbit mall pune at pvr website but booking was not confirmed and when i asked a person on the counter at pvr i was told that the ticket was not confirmed and another person has blocked it. Then i had to purchase another ticket on the spot again.. Also money got deducted from my account and didnt get refund till now.. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided to me and when i asked the person on the counter at pvr, she told me that money will be refunded to me within 24 hrs but i didnt get the money..
