I went to watch Chhatrapati at PVR, Gaur City Mall (16th May - Afternoon Show). It's PVR so I assumed that I would have a decent experience but here's what happened I got my tickets, I went into the cinema hall and I saw 4-5 young men just shouting unnecessarily, I didn't say anything because the show wasn't started and I thought that those people would come to their senses and stop but they didn't. Matter of fact is that they just kept going shouting, talking to each other loudly, sitting wherever they want, jumping on the seats and lot more. I have had enough because at this point they literally started to shout slurs in the middle of the show, I confronted them about this and everybody stopped but only for a while. After sometime they started again and I again confronted them, they stopped but after some minutes started again. They were literally acting like children one of them even started to shake the seats and doing parkour on them. The most surprising thing is that the staff was aware and watching these people do crazy stuff but they just kept quiet and didn't say anything. Moreover after 15 minutes into the movie all of the staff left the cinema hall closing the doors which encouraged those people to go even more wild. After being tired of confrontation I just left the show, it was the most horrible experience I have ever had and I mean come on man this wasn't single screen theatre this was PVR. Now I'm not saying that it's their fault that customers are like this but atleast the staff should have told them that there are other people also in the cinema hall who are being really uncomfortable but they just kept silent and left the hall. Of course none of the other viewers enjoyed the show, forget enjoying these people were so disturbing that I couldn't even sit and watch the movie. Never going there again.
