[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Failed booking after transaction processed

On 13/4/2022, tried booking movie tickets on PVR cinemas app twice- first through internet banking and 2nd time through PayTM. Both the transactions got through and amount got deducted but no confirmation of reservation and booking failed.
Looking forward for prompt refund
