[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — forcing us to buy combo & chocolates along with tickets | |||
Hii Yesterday i have visited to pvr cinemas in singapore mall lucknow. I have bought 2 tickets for the show of article 15 worth rs.138 each including cgst & sgst. That means the total amount should have been rs.276. But the staff charged me rs.476 and handed me couple of chocolates worth rs 80 as per market price along with the tickets.. She even charged me rs.40 extra on the chocolates more than the market price... Is it any new kind of tax??? And when i asked her to return them she told me that it was compulsory and i have to buy them as they are already included in the tickets... And the most important thing that it was the second time that it happened to me just in a month. I don't know why they are forcing us to buy food combo or chocolates on tickets but such kind of act can not be tolerated and it totally comes under the exploitation of consumer rights.
