Todat, on 12/02/2021 when I was booking tickets for UPPENA TELUGU, PVR PHEONIX MARKETCITY I Applied my gift card no. - [protected] of 250/- and its pin but due to some technical reasons my transaction failed, after that when I again tried to book tickets and followed the same procedure your website showed that the card has zero balance. I also checked the card's balance in you gift card section there also its showing zero balance, so how can it have a zero balance when my transaction was not even completed. Also, there was no notification from Pvr on either my mobile or my Email about the following transaction. So please kindly look into the matter at earliest and reload the amount into the card so that I can enjoy my movie. Thank you.
