PVR Cinemas — Got bad transaction while booking twice

I tried to book two times via PVR cinemas for INR 1254.40 at 6:26 am and 6:31 am on 14/02. The amount of 1254.40 has been deducted twice from both my accounts but I have not received any refund yet. When I call customer service they delay the matter all the more staying that their server is down and they are not able to see my details. Pls give me back my refund as soon as possible.
