PVR Cinemas — Handicap seats

I had booked tickets for PVR. Cinema Phoenix (Parel.) on 26 August 2023. I had booked handicap seats, but when I reach the Audie six, they were no handicap seats. Even after complaining to the manager at the theatre the person laughed and inform me that these are the only seats which PVR provides for handicap. This is a complete miss information provided while booking tickets on the website, it was really inconvenient how the manager and the management decided not to help a handicap person.
