[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — irresponsible attitude | |||
Hi, My name is harmeet and i am from mohali. Yesterday (I. E = 17th april) i went to watch a movie in pvr cinemas in vr mohali. My show timing was 6:25, audi 6 and seat number g13, g14, g15. I bought the tickets from the outlet out there and it costed me rs. 450/-. I gave your associate 500/- and he was supposed to return me rs. 50/- back. Instead he returned me 2 candy boxes (Imli goli) worth rs. 10/- each. Even if he had to give me candies, he was supposed to give me 3 instead of two. My concern is not about rs. 10/-. Certainly now a days its not a big amount. My concern is the responsibility or the sincerity of that particular staff towards his company's good will and towards the clients. I don't want any action against the employee, i just want you to issue a policy here in it is stated that pvr employees are not supposed to return candies or anything else in lieu of money they owe to clients Thanking you in anticipation of a quick response.
