[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — misleading the 4dx experience.

I recently saw the movie 'anabelle comes home' in pvr 4dx, elante mall, chandigarh, but i'm highly disappointed with the 4dx experience this time! I've personally watched a lot of 4dx movies before but this time the effects weren't as par. Scenes with fog, mist and lightning didn't have any 4d effects at all. All they did was vibration of the seat. I feel being cheated this time. My cousin (A first time 4dx watcher) didn't get to know the taste of a 4d movie. Sheer wastage of money this time: (I would request the organizers to include all the effects in the movies to be screened in 4dx, else donot ditch the viewers.

I booked tickets from self atm machine counter at pvr panjagutta i deducted amount but not received any tickets from the counter. I given complaint at nearest staff and also ticket booking counter n they are not aware and said your amount will refund back in 72hrs. Still I not received back.
