[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Missed office meeting because of late start of show

I booked 3 tickets for Jhonny LLB 2 at 04:30 PM on 11th Feb at FR Cinemas, Chandigarh. Due to a 30 minute late start, I missed an important meeting in office and I need a strict action to be taken against it and I also want a refund for the three tickets.
