Today 11th April around 6pm IST I tried to book 2 tickets for Multiverse of Madness at PVR Phoenix kurla.
Amount of Rs. 1362.12 /- INR is deducted but no ticket issued.
No whats app notification or email is received for 3.5 hrs for amount charged or for ticket issued/cancelled. Kotak Bank confirmed transaction is successful.
From 3 hrs I am trying customer care, only music is played no one answers! HOW FRUSTRATING!!!
Finally one customer care representative picked in Hindi version and said that ticket is cancelled and refund initiated and even after requesting for email or sms confirmation, he said we cannot sms we don't have right to sms, Seriously!
Now its 40mins after the call no email/sms or whatsapp notification received? Are the customer care not trained? Why does it takes 3 to 4 hrs to reach one person to talk to at PVR? is this the kind of service PVR gives?
Why no notification for ticket booking or refund received?
I have a call recording of my discussion with PVR representative.
