PVR Cinemas — Money Deducted but ticket not booked for Imax ticket

I have made my booking for Ponniyin Selvan I in IMAX screening for 16th October 12:30 PM show and the amount has been detected from my account for the same but my ticket is not getting shown and there has also been no refund provided in case it has got cancelled.
