PVR Cinemas — Money got debited but pvr cinemas did not give me tickets

I bought 2 tickets from pvr cinemas official website .Money also got debited from the bank side but pvr did not give me any tickets or statements regarding the same .I would like to get my tickets as soon as possible or get an effective refund.
