PVR Cinemas — Movie tickets not booked even after making the payment

Movie tickets not booked even after making the payment. The payment made for 4 tickets of movie Gadar 2 at PVR Vegas Mall for 1155 hrs/[protected] show but the booking not done and did not receive the tickets for same on my e-mail ID.
