PVR Cinemas — Movie tickets not received despite deduction of money from my wallet

I have booked tickets on 20/11/2022 from your app but I didn't got my tickets at that time. I have paid for tickets through airtel payments bank account. MODE - UPI. I haven't received the refund to this day. Provide me the refund as earliest as possible.
