PVR Cinemas — No response from PVR after booking my ticket via online

Address:Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai

I Booked my ticket for Thor Love and Thunder for today at 4:50pm at Sathyam Cinemas, but after I booked the transaction was successful and the money was deducted but in the PVR app it showed like as if I haven't booked the ticket . So kindly update my ticket before 4:30pm or please refund my money.
