PVR Cinemas — Non reimbursement of tickets money
On 14.12.2021 we paid money through upi for 3 tickets total rs. 360/- for drishya2, movie at Garuda Mall, transaction was completed and amount was deducted from bank. But PVR staff told they didn't received money and it will be reimbursed. After film we went to ask but they made us wait for 20 minutes and afterwards Manager Sunil he is not at all willing to speak, I and my daughter's got frustrated by his behaviour, we were also tired and quarelled with him (night show 6.55 p.m.) then he said after 3 days you come and collect your money. We asked him to reimburse with online, he said that type of option is not available. Again after 4 days we went there he was not available one more manager Riyaz told it will be reimbursed within a week and told they have stopped upi payment as it had some technical issues. After some days Accountant Ranganath called me and spoked, but as on date we have not received money. Meanwhile we had visited for four times, called so manytimes, made whatsapp messages still we had not received money.
