[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Online booking failed but money got deducted

Hi,
I booked today 4 tickets for the movie Jhimma via PVR cinemas app for the date 19th November 2021. The money got deducted from my account but I'm yet to receive the tickets. Kindly help me with issue. I am attaching the screenshot of payment.

I contacted PVR cinemas on their WhatsApp business account, after which they refund me the whole amount.
PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
