I've been an active user of the PVR cinemas, on December 31st I made bought tickets for the movie avatar the way of water, in the PVR app.Unlike some bookings I never really got my PVR privelage points for my purchase.I contacted the customer care through call and told my issue but the response were minimal.Is PVR trying to avoid crediting me lots of privilege points for my purchase because I booked tickets for RS.3500 or is the customer care not responsive enough?
