PVR Cinemas — pvr cinemas money deducted from account (netbanking) but ticket was not booked

I have booked 2 tickets for it chapter 2 movie on pvr website for coming saturday (Sept, 14th 2019) 12.45pm show in pvr ampa skywalk, while paying through my net banking after processing from my account, amount was deducted but ticket was not booked.
